Mostly I make things up based on the ingredients that I've got in the kitchen at the moment, or if I spot something delicious looking in a shop or a market. I'm an avid cookbook collector (always scouring charity shops and car boot sales) but like to use them for inspiration rather than follow recipes rigidly. All these recipes can be played with to suit your taste and the ingredients you fancy or that are in season.
