I love white chocolate and cranberries together (they make fantastic cookies) - and it makes very good-looking fudge for Christmas!
Ingredients
400g white chocolate, chopped
400g condensed milk
50g dried cranberries
Method
- Place the chocolate and condensed milk in a heat proof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water and stir until melted and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray and smooth the top with a palette knife.
- Sprinkle with the cranberries.
- Let the fudge cool, then refrigerate until set.
- Once set, cut into squares.
